Purchases
Prices are in AED. Payment is processed by Stripe. Once payment is confirmed, the track is added to your library and available for download.
Currency Display and Payment Currency
AED (UAE Dirham) is the base pricing and payment currency of DJ SPY Official. Prices shown in any other currency are approximate estimates for your convenience only, based on reference exchange rates. All payments are charged in AED. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion rate and fees, so the amount on your statement may differ from the estimate. The exact AED amount to be charged is displayed before you confirm payment.
License
You purchase a personal, non-transferable license to listen to the track privately. Public performance, redistribution, remixing without written consent, or commercial use is prohibited.
Prohibited
Reselling, sharing, uploading purchased tracks to third-party platforms, or reverse-engineering the site is prohibited and terminates your license.
Liability
The site is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for negligence causing personal injury or fraud.

Nothing on this website grants any licence or permission to use the DJ SPY name, branding, logos, website content, or other proprietary materials except where expressly permitted in writing. Third-party artist names, song titles, venue names, platform names, logos and third-party trade marks remain the property of their respective owners.
