REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of downloaded music, purchases are generally non-refundable once download access has been provided, except where the file is defective, inaccessible, incorrectly delivered, duplicated, charged without authorization, or where a refund is required by applicable law.

Every paid track has a free 30-second preview. Please preview any track before purchasing.
How to request a refund
- Email bookings@djspyofficial.com within 14 days of purchase.
- Include your order ID, the email you used at checkout, and a description of the issue (defective file, duplicate charge, unauthorized transaction, etc.).
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a final decision within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
